Bonded Fabric Is One Of The Indispensable Fabrics For People's Home Life

Bonded fabric is a new material formed by bonding one or more layers of textile materials, nonwoven materials and other functional materials. Suitable for sofas, clothing and other textiles, is one of the indispensable fabrics for people's home life.

Textile bonded fabric is divided into the two-layer bonded fabric and three-layer bonded fabric.

1. The two-layer bonded fabric is formed by laminating the outer fabric with TPU and PTFE film. The outer fabric is made of polyester, nylon or nylon/polyester blend fabric, which has soft hand feeling, wear resistance, tear resistance, good color and lustre, good waterproof, breathable and windproof effects and long durability. The surface of the fabric is treated with water repellent. When making ready-to-wear clothes with two-layer bonded fabric, the lining should be hung or fleece warm-keeping layer clothing should be matched for use as the coat.

2. The three-layer bonded fabric is formed by laminating the outer fabric with TPU, PTFE film and inner warp knitted mesh. No lining is required when making ready-made clothes. The outer bonded fabric is made of polyester, nylon or nylon/polyester blended fabric, and has a light and thin hand feeling, tear resistance, wear resistance, good color and lustre, good waterproof, windproof effect, better air permeability and long durability. The surface of the fabric is treated with water repellent.

The bonded fabric is formed by laminating polyester thickened non-woven fabric and PTFE microporous film with hot melt adhesive composite technology and equipment. It has many functions, such as antistatic, waterproof, moisture permeable, windproof, heat preservation, etc., and is comfortable and light to wear.
