The characteristics of digital printing fabric, digital printing, is printing with digital technology. Digital printing is divided into digital direct jet printing and digital thermal transfer printing. Digital direct jet printing means printing the patterns you need directly on various materials with a digital printer. For digital thermal transfer printing, printing patterns need to be printed on special paper in advance, and then transferred to various materials by thermal transfer, such as T-shirts, underwear, sportswear and other clothing.
Fabric determines the process. At present, there are four main types of digital printing:
(1) thermal sublimation of polyester fabric: this is a popular technology at present; Because the investment threshold is low and the printing process is simple, the general printing factory will equip it as a supplement to screen printing; Only one printer and thermal transfer machine are needed, as well as sublimation ink and thermal transfer paper. At present, thermal transfer is developing in the direction of high speed and wide width. For example, the transfer paper of Beaver paper can be 3.2 meters wide;
(2) Active digital printing such as pure, hemp and viscose; Compared with polyester thermal transfer printing, reactive digital printing is cumbersome and requires pretreatment, printing, steaming, water-based and qualitative;
(3) acid digital printing of nylon;
