Transfer printing has been applied to all kinds of textile fabrics for a long time. Because polyester fiber has high thermoplasticity and nylon fiber has low thermoplasticity, it is difficult to color nylon fiber. Previously, transfer printing was mainly used for polyester fabrics, and disperse dyes were mainly used in transfer printing. Through high temperature and pressure, the ink in paper sublimated and penetrated into the fabric, and the transfer printing fabric was bright and durable.
Because of the low thermoplasticity of nylon fiber, most manufacturers use acid dyes to color nylon fabrics through screen printing process, but the color fastness to soaping, washing, sunlight and perspiration of nylon fabrics after screen printing is always unsatisfactory. The breakthrough point of color fastness of nylon printed fabrics has always been a difficult problem for textile industry. Now, through a series of development tests, the nylon transfer printing process has been basically stable. In addition, this process has the following characteristics:
1. Transfer printing fabric pattern has the characteristics of vivid pattern, delicate pattern, clear layer and strong stereoscopic impression. Transfer printing can print natural scenery and artistic patterns.
2. After transfer printing, it can be packaged and delivered without post-treatment, which has the characteristics of short production cycle and high production efficiency.
3. The transfer printing fabric has no environmental pollution problem. Because of dry processing, there is no need for washing, steaming, drying and other processes, and no waste gas and waste water are discharged.
